It’s sometimes hard to sing our own praises but it’s really important to recognise the good things about ourselves. In this activity you are asked to make 4 positive statements about yourself. Use the box on the right for ideas but make sure that at least one statement comes straight from you.

Think about the ways you have spent your time over the last 7 days. Some time will have been spent doing paid work or at school, some more time will have been spent sleeping. The hours left are the ones we want to focus on.In those hours left, how much time did you spend with family, with friends, doing something physical or something cultural?
