What is iKiFit

The iKiFit Health and Resilience program engages the mind, the body, the heart—and the imagination. iKiFit is a unique fitness platform that provides simple, effective tools to help us empower of our lives.

 iKiFit  combines elements of modern and ancient martial arts, dance, aerobics, sporting movements and everyday health and well being principles. When combined with the iKiStick, the Music and the iKiPads, it all comes together like nothing else.

iKi Health and wellness journey

Participants to iKi Crew to Instructors … you choose how much or how little you would like to do. 

Join us at iKi Crew Membership Online and learn all the moves and songs at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want. 

If you have a career in education or health join an iKi Instructor workshop so you can become an iKiTrainer leader in your area.
  1. Connect with iKi at an iKi Live Concert.  These concerts are run at schools and community centres. You can also request one in your area. 
  2. Download some fantastic music and ringtones to remind you of the iKi teachings you are integrating into your life.
  3. Learn your iKi moves online and combine what you learn from iKi into you and your school or community's daily activities.
  4. Jump online and get involved in the iKi Challenge.
  5. Check out the online photo gallery to see yourself and other iKi fans in action.
  6. Stay connected and in touch by visiting us on Facebook … and have a fantastic time doing it!

iKi Values 

iKi is aimed at those in our communities who want to I.M.P.R.O.V.E their lives! Improve Mentally and Physically, to enhance Relationships, enjoy Opportunity, maintain Values and achieve Excitement.

To help facilitate this personal and social growth iKi uses guidelines we call the iKi Principles and the iKi Pledge.

iKi Principles

Principle 1: Look Listen and Learn.
If you look and listen to your teacher, your friends and your parents, you will always learn more quickly. It also shows you respect the people involved in your life.

Principle 2: I'm OK, You're OK.
Every one likes to be treated with respect. If we treat others with respect, they will reciprocate, and treat us that way in turn. Put simply, treat others the way you wish to be treated.

Principle 3: No Play, No Play.
If you don't choose to abide by the above principles (or rules) you will be excluded from the game. This makes it safe, fair and fun for everyone.

Principle 4: Eat well, Live well.
Getting enough food isn't an issue for most people in our country. Eating healthy food can be a challenge however. iKi helps with simple, achievable guidelines for healthy eating.

iKi Pledge

iKi Values encompass individual, family and community ideals. They are based on the values of most nations, communities, sporting teams, educational organisations, schools and more. The difference is that the iKi Program provides a form of presenting them which is instantly adaptable to any situation.

An example of an iKi pledge: “I Pledge to be the best I can be, happy, healthy and strong. A good member of my family, and a contributing member of the community.”

iKi Community

An extension of the community ethic is the provision of an ‘online community' for iKi Instructors and iKi students. Instructors and students can preview new tracks and techniques for the iKi program. Additionally you can participate in newsgroups of your peers to discuss challenges and insightful methods of getting better results.
