You can become an iKiTrainer by attending a NSW Institute of Teachers accredited One Day trainer course;- click here for dates--or, if you prefer to learn at your own pace (or can't make it to a scheduled Workshop,) you can do the Learn Online Distance Education Package.

The next round of the Happy Healthy Strong Out West Tour Workshops kicks off in July 2012.  These One Day iKiTrainer Workshops are designed to update and energise people who are already involved in the program, as well as to provide a comprehensive introduction for those who have not yet participated. The One Day iKiTrainer Workshops are mapped against Fitness Australia guidelines. The course content integrates seamlessly with the ‘8 Quality Areas and 30 Principles' specified by OSHCQA, and is approved by the NSW Institute of Teachers.

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING AVAILABLE BY DISTANCE EDUCATION

If you can't make it to an iKiTrainer Workshop, or you prefer to work in your own time, you can access our Home Study iKiTrainer Package.

In addition to learning the specifics of the iKi program, a key outcome is discovering the power of  Freestyle-Template programming. This flexible technique can be used within any fitness program.
The introductory fee for the Distance Training Materials is $395 +GST.
